For more than 70 we have advised and represented clients from a plethora of specialties on patents, trademarks and designs. At the same time intellectual property rights have undergone significant developments, which the following milestones will demonstrate. Our law firm has directly experienced those developments over the course of our everyday work.

Currently four patent attorneys make up the core team of our law firm. Three of us are also European patent attorneys. Seasoned staff members support us and our clients in many different ways. Our firm seat is located in Bern and we have strong roots in western Switzerland. Since 2021 we have been a part of the IPS Irsch Group, within which knowledge and experience is shared between many colleagues and synergies especially in administration and IT are generated and utilized.
